2) Fan project notice

Morti-Site is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.
• Do not share passwords or attempt to access other users’ accounts.

4) User-submitted content (clips)

If you submit content to Morti-Site, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to share it. Do not submit copyrighted material you don’t have rights to, and do not submit content that violates our rules.

By submitting content, you grant Morti-Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on Morti-Site and related MortipinS channels/pages for the purpose of operating and promoting the site.

5) Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content that violates rights of others.
• Upload hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited content (see Guidelines).
• Attempt to exploit, hack, scrape, or disrupt the site.
• Spam submissions or abuse leaderboards/ratings.

6) Moderation and removals

We may remove or restrict content at any time, for any reason, including if it violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

8) Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content.
